Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom, walking distance from Downtown with AC

Very comfortable for two sisters! Beds were very comfortable (even tho photos only show 1 bedroom, there are 2). Tub/shower combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Sufficient plugs in for medical equipment and lap tops. Kitchen is easy to work in even though it it compact. Convenient to downtown and West Olympia. Having coffee pods and tea included was a real plus. It was a bit unnerving to have the lights blink every time the air conditioner came on, but we didn’t need the air for very long.

Comfortable and clean. Communication was good and check-in was easy.

Property is located near downtown with easy access to a cute grocery store and restaurants along the water. This is a great set up for a small family, as the property has a washer/dryer and full kitchen. Host was very communicative.

The property was very clean and I really liked the covered parking carport.

We had a girls book retreat weekend. The place was well equipped, organized and clean. It is close to the Capitol and downtown. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again

This was a great location!

Everything was as expected, clean and comfortable and a great location for our 7-night stay. Don was ultra-responsive when we had questions. Would definitely return for next year's Olympia family visit.

Don’s place is just as pictured. But it is so much more than pictures can say. The living room was cozy with ample seating for the 2 of us + room for company if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Don was a wonderful host, easy to reach, quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend his place, and would definitely stay again!

Clean, quiet & comfortable as advertised.

We stayed at Don's place for a girl's weekend. It was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. We walked to many restaurants and shops (and even a farmer's market). We always love our visits to Olympia! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

My husband and I came to Washington state for a wedding and when searching for a rental we came across this listing. It was in the heart of Olympia, provided a parking spot that was covered (had additional street parking if necessary), and had everything inside that we needed. The host communicated well before our stay, answered any questions we had promptly, let us know that he was available for any needs or requests during our stay, and was just overall very helpful. The inside was very clean, had a cozy feel, such a great layout, and was the most perfect choice for our getaway. We look forward to booking this place again in the future and bringing our two children with us next time. If you're debating about booking this place, just do it! You won't regret it.

The property was clean convenient and quiet. It was within walking distance to many things. During the record-breaking heat wave, he brought in an A/C unit to help cool things down. Would definitely stay again.

First off great communication! But also this place is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it’s in a great location! A easy walk down to the city and not too bad of a drive to the national park!!!

Beautiful little house! Only concern is the shower is difficult to regulate , would go from cold to scalding with no water being used anywhere in the house!! Shower handle extremely difficult to turn. My husband is very strong and even he had difficulty!!
