BEAUTIFUL RELAXING ST PETE BEACH. 3 DAY MINIMUM FEB 2027 BY THE MONTH ONLY

This was my first and last stay in private apartment. Room was really outdated, bed is not comfortable, very noisy a/c, dusty, big bug on the floor greeted us, crumbs on the counter top, lots of pillows but only two pillowcases, no sheets, only one blanket, hope that it was washed before we arrived. Have pictures to proof my review

Very nice and clean..Short walking distance to the Ocean, Restaurantt, shops as well . Would for sure book here again . It was great having the beach chairs available, they came in handy..

The condo was just right for the two of us. It was clean and had plenty of supplies like towels and toilet paper. We were worried about the Murphy bed but it was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We were very close to the beach which was our number one priority. Just a two minute walk to the beach where we could rent an umbrella and lounge chairs. The condo had an umbrella and chairs but we chose to rent so we could lay down in the chairs. The pool was very nice and heated. We went there a couple times but really spent most of our time at the beach. It is a non-smoking property but we were able to hang out on the sidewalk to smoke; we were only bothered about it once by a full time resident and we respectfully moved. Don kept good communications with us and registered our vehicle so we could park in the reserved spots. We never had an issue finding a parking spot close to the condo. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

Really nice small condo. Well outfitted with everything you need. Super location right by the beach. Just a 1/2 block walk to the sand. Location, location, location! Well-kept heated pool. It's easy to have a great time here.The owner was quickly available to respond to any questions.

Everything was seamless and smooth. Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Parking was amble, and safe (we had a high end car and it was never bothered at all). Apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed plus more than we expected (beach chairs, umbrella, carrying basket). Bed, couch and chair were comfortable to sit and sleep on. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time during our long weekend visit for her birthday. The local food was so good! We were able to catch one of those sunsets and it did not disappoint. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again. The condo was just what we were looking for and perfect for us.

We had a great time! The pool and ocean were just a short walk. Lots of parking. The other guests were extremely polite. The room was perfect for 2 of us.

This place was the cutest little place. We loved it.

Wonderful, great location, awesome beach access, fabulous restaurant area, perfect first floor accommodations. Superb communications with owner. Will stay again when coming back to the area.
