Beautiful One Bedroom Rental Unit with Free Parking

The neighborhood was nice and peaceful area, the place was just perfect for me and my little family.

Over all the stay was pleasant, we noticed the potential in the property, we gave recommendations to possibly privacy curtains, double tape for safety on the rug in the living room, but over all the remodeling that has been done was very good, hence we can see with a little more upgrades its a nice place to stay.

My stay was from 04/20 to 04/23, I arrived around 9-10pm from FL and the owner was available, patient as well as helpful. This was my first time using this app and renting an apartment for a short stay. I had a lot planned for my stay but was so comfortable it turned into a staycation. Everything that could be provided was and everything was clean. The property is a beautiful hidden spot, the grass is green, well manicured and enclosed with a gate. There is plenty of parking for you and any guest on the property. There is 4 units with other people that I barely even noticed as they all politely keep to themselves. It was very quiet and peaceful, I read another review about the area however I honestly didn’t not one issue. If you are looking to get away, breathe, relax whatever please stay here. I am well traveled and have not had this type of privacy on any of my short stays in a hotel anywhere. Unfortunately I am back to my regular mundane routine and am already looking for excuses to get back here. I found my home away from home. Thank you, Lc

I booked this for my husband and son that were in town for the Alabama/LSU game. It was easy to find. The host was great to work with and even aloud a little earlier check in. The apartment was really nice. The only complaint my husband had was the blinds or curtains could be a little darker to help keep the light out other than that no complaints.

The property itself was very clean and well decorated but as a young female I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. I heard shouting and sirens and there were people lingering in the street all around the property so I decided to leave and get a hotel. I do not recommend staying here alone due to the condition of the neighborhood.

Conveniently located, owner had thoughtfully left out snacks and water, toothpaste and the like for guest. Quiet place but it is t in the best area.

Great place for my needs. Secure property. Small parking spots. Not for big trucks. F150 fit snugly. Assigned parking so no looking for a spot. Busy neighborhood, quiet at night though. Apartment was nice and clean. Tub needs some non slip in it. My fat ass almost went down once or twice ?.Wifi was iffy. Tvs quit streaming. Would stay again. Easy in and out. Close to LSU and I10.
