Stayed Feb 6, 2026The room’s heater could not keep the temperature in the unit above 65 degrees F. Most of the time at night it was below 61 degrees. Even though the temperature in DC during my visit is very low. After inspecting the heater unit installed in the window, it was poorly installed, it was hold together with plastic pieces and glue. There should be minimum requirements to put these units on VRBO and Expedia. The owner came up with a temporary solution of putting in a space heater. Those things are fire hazards. Very disappointed.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025I had a wonderful stay at Yonas’ place. The apartment was clean, cozy, and even more beautiful in person—the pictures don’t do it justice. Yonas was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even helping me carry my heavy bags upstairs when I arrived, and allowing me extra time before check-out, which I truly appreciated. His thoughtfulness and hospitality made a big difference. I highly recommend staying here—thank you so much for everything, Yonas!
