Spent three days in the apartment with my son while skiing at Holiday Valley. Unit is new, nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of parking within the apartment complex. Included a ski and snowboard storage closet outside the front door of the unit. Management was responsive - we made the reservation the day before and everything was ready when we got there. Apartment is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Ellicottville and was an easy 5 minute drive to Holiday Valley resort. Would definitely stay there again. It is important to note that while there is sleeping for 6 or more in two bedrooms and one loft area, there is only one bathroom, which may work for some but not others.

Very nice condo- great location- Condo lacked drawers to unpack clothes- and kitchen was scarcely stocked- but, overall- we very much enjoyed our stay.

It was a great apartment with all the necessities you could think of. The entire place was very clean. This was right down town! Perfect location!
