Beautiful Modern ,Apartment in Larnaca Area, Stunning terrace area & WIFI, Pools

Great apartment in a complex that is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet and the large balcony gives you all the privacy we value. Apartment has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday with sky tv if you want to watch movie's or sports. Would probably say a car hire is a good idea but you can walk to the beach in 10/15 minutes. Never used the pool or gym on site so cannot say anything about them. Great location if you're visiting other places in Cyprus motorway is 5 minutes away ideal for getting about

We hired a car for our trip, travel to the accommodation was very easy from Larnaca airport. On arrival the apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. I would recommend having a car to get around, it's only 10 minutes to beaches, shops and restaurants. There is an allocated parking spot which is under cover. Didn't use the pool or other facilities on site but it all looked in good order. Helen was very easy to communicate with, one minor issue was resolved very quickly. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

This is really great apartment to stay when visiting Cyprus. It is big, clean and cozy. There is everything you need to feel like home. There are also great amenities including large and small, kiddy open pool, gym, and another pool inside. The view from the big terrace is just amazing especially at sunset. Location of the apartment is also perfect. Manager is very helpful and responsive. Thank a lot for great vacation!

Easy to find and a short drive from the airport. Apartment is spacious and welcoming. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The terrace area is massive with a great outlook. Parking was easy too...in an allocated space immediately adjacent to the apartment.

This is the second time I have stayed at this wonderful 2 bed apartment in Pyla, near Larnaca. The apartment itself is very spacious with a fabulous outdoor patio area, two great sized bedrooms and all the English TV channels you could ever want, including Sky Channels. It's VERY close to not only brilliant amenities in Pyla itself but also Junction 60 of the motorwayfor both directions giving easy access for Larnaca and Agia Napa and Protaras. The complex is quiet but not off the beaten track, a nice pool and very secure. Personally, I head up the motorway armed with all my scuba gear and dive the statues at Green Bay in Protaras, sometimes shaking hands with George the Gnome who lives on the seabed nearby. A brilliant apartment all round, sleeping up to 6 with literally everything you could ever need. Well priced, too. Mark Keen

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. The apartment is quite spacious, modern and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. There are three terraces which are very handy especially with the hot weather. The main terrace is absolutely huge with amazing views. The living area and Kitchen are spacious and airy. Bedrooms are cosy with comfortable beds. We felt relaxed and had a wonderful in this apartment. The owner (Helen) and complex manager (George) were super helpful. They provided prompt responses to our queries. George kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport as our flight was quite late. There is also a site manager (Mike) who is also available on site to provide assistance. Mike recommended good restaurants around the area. It also helps that the area is quiet. Our two children enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment and left with very good memories and will be returning in future. I will highly recommend this apartment

This was our 3rd time to holiday at this apartment. We always enjoy our vacation there. we are never disappointed. The details provided are extremely accurate. Easy to locate, layout and facilities . Huge spacious sun terrace with fabulous views and beautiful sunsets. This property is well maintained and spotless throughout. We would most certainly recommend this apartment to our friends. Hopefully we will be back there next year as to us it is home form home. 10/10.
