The Location - Ideally positioned between Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay (both 2km's away) this property will have you at the Centre of all the attractions. Little Beach Foreshore only 40m away offers great swimming and is child friendly, a boat ramp and trailer parking, a grassed shaded area with BBQ's, picnic tables, playground, public convenience, takeaway and a lovely restaurant serving lunch and dinner. A short walk (350m from boat ramp) will bring you to Nelson Bay lighthouse where you cantake in 180 degree water views while enjoying tea and scones at the lighthouse tea rooms or visit the museum in the 1875 lighthouse cottage. Also at your finger tips is the quieter Western end of Shoal Bay Beach (Just 400m away) with its pristine white sands and turquoise waters. The ideal location for an affordable beach side holiday or short break.

The Duplex - This convenient and ideal duplex offers comfortable furnishings throughout. The open plan living area on the ground floor provides air conditioning, a lounge suite, flat screen TV, a rectangular dining table with 8 chairs. The renovated fully equipped kitchen offers a pop of colour with a stylish yellow splash back, its fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and stove top. Step out to an open patio area with out door furnishings and a lovely view through apartments to Little Beach. Upstairs you are greeted by three bedrooms, the main provides a queen size bed, ensuite with shower and a balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, the third offers single beds and a ceiling fan with a bathroom on this level offering a bath. A top loft area makes the forth bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with renovated shower, toilet and vanity.

    East check in Living and dining area good size for 7 adults Great view to water and little beach (1min walk and on the beach) BBQ facility across the road was east to use Great internal access to house from 2 car lock up garage. Cant wait to book again in the summer
