Stayed May 31, 2024We would stay there again and will recommend Shorewalk to others. It could use some upgrades and and deep cleaning. Spring clean. Carpets etc.

Stayed Mar 11, 2024Me and my friends were looking to go down to Florida to see some family I had in the nearby area. Our stay was great. It is a very clean, spacious property, with more than enough space for us. The host was very good at communication and was super nice to me and my friends. Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family. It is also a very quiet area, which was really nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023This condo was perfect for our family. Tobias the owner was so kind and check i just to make sure everything was going good. The only issue i had was trying to email/reply back to Tobias through the VRBO app. I was unable to respond back to all of his messages. We had no issues, the place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was extremely convient to the lacrosse tournaments for my daughter and really enjoyed Bradenton beach and Siesta Key during our visit.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023Nice complex - able to walk thru many areas around the complex. Great location for day trips to Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, Bean Beach, St Armand Circle. Beautiful beaches too

Stayed Mar 20, 2022Our trip to Bradenton was horrible. The descriptiion of the property was wrong in every way. Check in procedure was inaccurate, the auto lock did not work, and we were were given the wrong code to unlock the key. After arrival we found cockroaches and ants in the unit, dishwasher, counters and bathrooms. The bathrooms were antiquated, and the bathtub collected water up to my shins. The other bathroom had barely a stream of water, and the door to the shower was hanging loose. The queen size bed was two old twins shoved together, with very cheap and slippery sheets. The pillows were hard as rocks, and we put towels over them to feel that our heads were protected against whatever might be hiding in them. The placemats had food stuck in them. The porch had ghost ants, a torn screen, lower windows that were so filthy that you couldn't see out of them. The sliding glass door into the condo from the porch had a broken lock and slatted blinds missing some pieces. To fix these problems, there were overly long drapes that didn't meet in the middle. The furniture looked as if it had come from the dump. The couch seats slanted sideways when sat upon, and it was vintage rose pattern and dirty. Two newer rockers had filthy arms, and a big disgusting stain on the seat, from what , who knows happened. We spent as little time in the unit as possible, and had many discussions with the manager who agreed with all our issues. They did spray for insects, but for a what we paid for our stay, that was a scam. I believe tht VRBO does not have a handle on the cleaniliness of the units advertised. I am now very hesitant to use this service for the prices being charged and the accurate descriptions of the properties. Worst experience yet!
