Beautiful Downtown loft with roof top

We spent 3 nights at this facility. While it was comfortable there were some issues. First, we had to meet the owner in a coffee shop parking lot to get the gate opener since it is a secure facility, which was great. And also given the fob to access the building. Overall the place was very nice although right next to a freeway and railroad track. Bring earplugs for sleeping. Second, the shower had NO cold water. The water coming out of the shower was scalding and impossible to take a shower. We contacted the owner a couple of times and they really couldn't get maintenance in too short a time frame. Good thing my daughter lives in Rochester and we showered there or else it would have been an untenable situation. Third, NO instructions were given for internet access. So we had to contact the owner again(3 times) to get info. Fourth, bathroom toiletries, kitchen utensils, very minimal. One cup pod coffee maker with no coffee. They were very apologetic and hoped we would not hold it against them next time. Unfortunately there won't be a next time sorry to say. We travel to Rochester a couple of times a year to visit my daughters family and we will be looking elsewhere. The owners were extremely nice people but traveling a long distance to have the weekend turn out this way was not convenient by any stretch.
