Beautiful Downtown 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment

A great stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and close to the center of town. We walked everywhere. Saratoga Springs is fun town. We will definitely come back and rent this apt again. Really a nice spot.

Everything was clean and in good condition, and the layout was perfect. We didn’t need the third bedroom, but all the bedrooms were a nice size. Towels were ready on the beds and in the bathrooms. Thanks to the hosts for good directions for parking and for access to the property. Hope to come again!

Such a comfy apartment close to shopping and dining! Super clean, and lots of attention to providing amenities. Would love to come back next year!

Great stay in Saratoga!

It was easy to find the unit and park; the neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown Saratoga Springs. Everything was in working order, and the beds were good.Internet and TV worked fine and were easy to connect to.The hosts answered our messages quickly and were easy to deal with.

The entire apartment was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our day. The host was readily available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

Kitchen facilities were excellent.Close to downtown.

The place was in a nice neighborhood. Loved being able to walk for coffee in the morning and see downtown. Bed was comfortable and the whole layout seemed welcoming.

Even with the owners help, which was readily available, we were unable to get the TV working.

This apartment could not have been more perfect for my husband and I and my college roommate and her partner. It was big enough that each couple had their own space and the shared space was comfortable for four people. We could walk to the downtown very easily. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

We were in them with friends for a concert at SPAC. Had a great time! The property was clean and has a great location to walk downtown to shop or find a place to eat.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect. Short walk to Broadway and the track. Property was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the beds were squeaky. So being a light sleeper, I heard every move my husband made. But next time I'll just bring ear plugs:)

This was our second time staying at Dave and Laura’s. Our group was 6 of us ( 3 couples) and the 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for us. Since we stayed last year, they have made a few updates, which shows they are consistently investing in this property. The property is conveniently located walking distance downtown shops and restaurants, which is why we loved the place. Check in was easy and the hosts followed up to see if there was anything we needed.

We a had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was exactly what we were looking for, walking distance to broadway, while also being able to relax.

Interior of home was very nice clean older home but all refinished.Had this been warmer time of the year outside use would have been a negative factor.Front porch furniture needs replacement worn and weathered.Backyard in need of work bushes and vines overgrown with broken fences .Front walkway and stairs need attention This yard upkeep would makes this property a 5 star home..

We loved our visit and everything was so well organized and neat! Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a cozy living room which was perfect for the kids to play card games. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this apartment, will definitely book again. The location was great for us to spend time with our adult children who live a few towns away. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable with warm down comforters and extra blankets. Lots of details were thought of like a coat rack in each bedroom and board games in the living room! The only problem we had was getting the streaming to work on the TV. Kept getting error messages. After pulling the power plug at the back of the TV and putting it back in, it was all good. Must have needed a reset or something. Enjoyed a relaxing few days!away away.

The property worked out wonderfully for us. My husband and I were picking up our son from college to move him out for the semester. Everything was perfect. Plenty of amenities and very clean. We look forward to booking again!

This very nicely decorated property with great amenities was perfect for our party of three friends. The bedrooms were spread apart enough to give us all privacy, and the property is within walking distance to the heart of town, with a bustling restaurant scene. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location walkable to fun downtown area. Lovely neighborhood. Easy parking and check-in. Well-equipped, clean lodging with just the right amount of space for our family group of 5. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers. Great to have washer/dryer. Enjoyed the board games. Very responsive hosts. Good kitchen layout. Met all of our needs and couldn't have asked for a more delightful place to stay!

Stayed with family while attending a wedding in Saratoga. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. Ample parking and so convient to everything. Would recommend !

We thoroughly are enjoyed our stay in this place. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for! We would definitely stay again.

This property had all that we were looking for. I was with my two brothers, all of us are retired. With 3 bedrooms we were able to have the necessary privacy. It was located within 3 to 5 minutes from the Saratoga race track and 2 minutes to the main section of the town, including many restaurants. It was so much better than staying in hotels.

Comfortable stay and location was close to all the things we wanted to do.
