Enjoy your stay in our newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. This is a duplex, with a wonderful long term tenant next door. There is a full sized kitchen with all the necessities to make home cooked meals and a lighted back porch with a grill for your use. We are minutes away from the gas station and coffee shop and about 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass. Hatcher Pass is a beautiful place to snowboard and ski in the winter and hike and pick berries in the summer.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We love Palmer and were in the area for a hockey tournament. It was a quiet neighborhood. However, with 4 boys ages 13, 7, 2, 2 we rented this place because it said it had a playground. There was no playground and the yard was clearly a work in progress, so we couldn't really play out there. Luckily we know the area a little so we found a pak.not
