Marisa & Chimo have been wonderful hosts. My group and I loved the location, the accommodation and everything Alicante has to offer. Our hosts provided us with a complimentary transfer from the train station late at night and oriented us to their home and also Alicante. Very warm hosts and I can’t say enough how grateful I am for finding their place. Muchas gracias y mucho gusto Marisa y Chimo! You two have made this vacation go very smoothly.

Excellent property in the heart of the mercado neighbourhood. Loads of restaurants nearby, beach also an easy 10-15 minute walk. Very clean, great communication with hosts.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean. Close to everything!!!

Marisa's apartment was absolutely wonderful. It was large and spacious with lovely decor. All the living and bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The apartment contained all you could ask for and more. Well-equipped bathrooms and very well stocked kitchen. Marisa's communication before and during the stay was excellent and she settled us in very well. It was great to have access to the garage as well. The location was amazing. Close to the centre and within a short walk to the beach. We had a fantastic time and we highly recommend this pace to stay. Thank you Marisa!

The owners went over the top in welcoming us to the unit.There were 4 bedrooms with 3 ensuites, comfortable and clean. Good locationWould return without hesitation

The website description needs updating. No possibility of free airport transfer. Despite host requesting info re. time of arrival we stood in the street, phoned them, waited until their daughter turned up. Some equipment didn't function, our teenager refused to shower as her cubicle had black mould. The flat itself was comfortably furnished. It wasn't bad, but not quite like it's description.

We had the best stay at this beautiful apartment.It's location was perfect for our stay and our hosts Marissa and Chino were very helpful ,taking the time to make sure we felt settled in. They also helped us with reccommendations for some great places to eat and made a booking for us too which was really kindappreciatedappreciateciated.ven

Great few days in Alicante. Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, close to old town, tram and not far from sea front. Thanks to Marisa who was there when we arrived, check us in and explain everything.

This was our second stay at this beautiful apartment. Brilliant location in the city, walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach and castle. Apartment is clean and well presented and Marisa is so lovely and helpful.

A 4 day break in Alicante. Fabulous apartment. Perfect communication with Marisa. On hand to help and fully explain how things work in the apartment. A very full information book, lots of ideas for days/eating out. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The apartment was lovely, very stylish and comfortable. Well equipped with everything you would need. Very central location only 15 mins walk to the beach. Close to the huge Mercado and other shops.
