Beautiful condo on beach w/ pool, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood

I wish before the booking there would be more info re: property location, especially which floor this condo is located

The place was just as expected. Clean ,easy and comfortable. Only issue I would say is there was no baking dishes available. But everything was great

The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for me and the boys (14 year old, 12 year old, and 4 year old). I’m curious on what the extra occupancy rate is because there would have been plenty of room for my husband too). A balcony would’ve been nice, but it just got us out to the beach quicker. Plus the unit was cheaper since it doesn’t have a balcony. There were beach chairs, toys, and plenty of beach towels provided. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of boogie boards. There’s a Publix within walking distance and a great Argentinian cafe across the street. I would definitely book again.

Great communication with the host. The condo was clean. The description was accurate. We had a nice four night stay in South Florida!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Our condo was clean. Our plane was two hours late which put us in after the office was closed. We were unable to see the pool and beach area until the next day since our condo had no patio or windows that overlooked the pool or beach. We were not aware that we had to purchase pool/beach fobs for $30. and only allowed one fob for $30. to enter the pool/beach area. We felt this should be a free fob when renting a condo. Especially since we already had to pay a $100. for the week to park. We rented a one bedroom condo for the week. We were senior friends and one used the bedroom and one slept on the couch. Disappointed that the bedding for the couch only had queen size sheets and no blanket. The sheets were so large that they hung over on the floor. There was a very large heavy bedspread. The two extra pillows need to be replace. They appeared clean but they smelled very bad. Other than these inconveniences we had a great time. The pool area was beautiful and the pool very enjoyable. Lots of people on the beach.

The inside of unit was very nice, everything worked, we had good communication with owner when needed, but being the only room in lobby, you heard the echo of voices in lobby often, also a credit machine right outside the room....The bedroom needs a 6 draw dresser to store cloths and bigger end tables.

Carolina was such a wonderful host and responded to us at once! The condo is perfect. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided! We were out all day every day, and didn't need a balcony. The 1st floor location is perfect. It eliminates waiting with crowds for the elevator, and we were out the side door in exactly 10 seconds! Note that the pool/patio closes at exactly sunset. Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived early for our stay and explored the pool and beach areas while we waited for our rooms were made ready for our stay. The apartment was clean and was everything I expected it had easy access to the parking garage and pool area my only complaint was when we left early to catch our plane I was told that I had to wait till the office opened for a refund of my parking pass deposit I had to leave and so was unable to wait. The pool was great very relaxing but the pictures of the pool at night would lead you to believe that the pool is open at night it is not the pool is closed at sun down 6pm in our case. Overall I had a great experience with the property manager who was very responsive to my questions and needs for help I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to stay.
