Beautiful complete apartment with Private Patio & shared Roof Terrace

I stayed on the bottom floor suite, and the overall suite is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Actually more comfortable than my bed at home! Even the sofa bed is wonderful. Shower has great water pressure (an odd compliment, but nice to have good water pressure after experiencing other properties without it). The washroom is also very spacious and not cramped. Kitchen has everything you need, and lots of counter-top space. Outside drying rack is available for laundry and worked great. The heaters are very modern. Lots of TV stations available. I felt very safe staying here. Location is great, and the hosts are super helpful and friendly. Stop reading my review and book it now. :)

My wife and I spent a week at Casa Charlotte following a transatlantic cruise from the U.S. Our hosts, Franz and Nuttee were wonderful from our first email where they outlined our transportation options to the morning of our departure when they personally visited us to say goodbye. The apartment is great and has everything you could want including beach equipment and a rolling basket for the market. Wi fi was strong, there is a wonderful rooftop terrace. There is a bakery next door which is great for breakfast. The city is full of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation is inexpensive and convenient. I couldn't imagine a better choice for a first visit to Nerja. It was especially nice of our hosts to walk us around the area and point out the sites on a local map and also to give us a bottle of champagne when they heard we were celebrating an anniversary. Our strongest recommendations for Casa Charlotte.

Casa Charlotte is not only in a terrific location for walking to many sights and the bus stop, it was well equipped with proper kitchen utensils, supplies, etc., and the bed was as comfy as ours at home!! To top all of this off is the above and beyond hospitality of Frans and Nuttee. We were met personally by them upon arrival, given a welcome drink and snacks and were filled in on all the best spot to see, including restuarants. Nerja is beautiful with a lot of nearby sights that are incredible to see and experience. The times we spent talking with Frans and Nuttee were icing on the cake to a wonderful vacation.

We are the family of 4 people, so 2 adults and 2 children. And we are happy about our stay. Quick replies on my e-mails, reservation and stay as such was wonderful! Appartment has really good location, 5-7 minutes for any beach, supermarkets. Many nice restauraunts around. Perfect weather, warm sea. What else required for good rest? We just spent two+ wonderful weeks at Casa Charlotte and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nicely appointed and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved being close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk everywhere. We really appreciated being able to wash clothes and dry them on the terrace, which was also a nice place to use the BBQ and have a meal looking at the sea and the mountains. We loved the multi-language satellite TV and all the music CDs available for our use. Our hosts, Frans and Nuttee were very congenial and helpful and very patient with us. We can't say enough good things about them.

Excellent stay at Casa Charlotte in beautiful Nerja. The hospitality is incredible, the apartment is super clean. The owners are gracious hosts. They give us helpful tips on where to dine and where to find all kind of facitities.

Three of us rented the 2nd floor apartment for 8 days in October 2011. It was a very positive experience. Frans and Nuttee were at the apartment on our arrival. After explaining the features and answering any questions, we adjourned to a nearby restaurant for a beer, where Frans gave us many helpful suggestions for day trips, restaurants, and the shortest way of getting to Burriana beach. We encountered Frans and Nuttee several times during our stay as they were visiting the building. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private terrace. A great place to stay in Nerja.

Outstanding apartment with all amenities of a spartan, spacious apartment, well-prepared and incredibly friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. The neighborhood is charming, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist shops, but a mere 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. I fell in love with this charming town and the flavor was enhanced by our host and hostess, Frans and Nutee. I shall be back! Look no further - life is bliss at Casa Charlotte.

Very hospitable reception by Frans and Nuttee, who do everything to offer their guests a perfect holiday. Very nice and quiet town, still very authentic. The flat is fully equipped and offers a lot of quality (satellite tv, airco, etc.). Books, beach chairs, towels are (freely) available. A lot of restaurants, bakers and grocers nearby. The beach is within walking distance (5 minutes). Situated in a quiet street while the very touristic part of Nerja (balcony of Europe etc) is only a few minutes away.
