Beautiful Coastal Penthouse w/ Gulf Views!

Love the Bible verses on the wall through out the condo. Was an amazing stay all around. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a rental in Indian Shores, don't hesitate to rent this property. It is absolutely beautiful. It is spacious, clean, updated and is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony are sensational. Gorgeous sunsets.We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book there again.

We had a wonderful stay during spring break. Tanya was easy to get in contact with and answered any questions immediately. The condo was very clean and had breathtaking views of the beach. We will definitely be returning next year.

We loved this penthouse! It was so clean, prime location & spacious. It checked all our boxes and we’ll definitely stay here again in the future! It was an added bonus that they had so many beach toys, a high chair, kid floaties & more!

Great beach access and views, There are two balconies (one on the west accessed thru a bedroom, and the wrap-around facing south and west) spacious, and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The road along the beach has a convenient walking and bike lane. The only complaints would be the slow elevator (which broke down but was quickly repaired), we didn't use the pool, but we heard the heater wasn't working. It was north of the bldg, in the shade, so it would be cold, esp with the wind.

Everything was perfect in this beautiful condo. The host was gracious and very helpful. One of the nicest, if not the nicest places we’ve stayed. Really hope to return next year.

The penthouse was perfection! We enjoyed our week in the area and had everything we needed. Parking was a bit of a nightmare during construction, but hopefully with that done now, it is a non-issue. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and the living room provided plenty of seating for us while relaxing and watching movies at night. The provided beach towels, cooler, and such made packing for our flight so easy. The beach was great too as it's not so crowded that you have to get out there early to get your spot. My husband and I could relax from our chairs and still see our kids in the water because there weren't rows and rows of people blocking our view. We would 100% recommend staying here.

We have previously stayed at this property with my husband’s family. We will definitely book again. The view, beach access, and amenities are unbeatable. It is very clean and comfortable. We did have to reach out to Tanya a few times, she was very helpful and responsive.

This condo was truly amazing! We have stayed at this complex several times in other units and we’ve always been pleased. However, this was our first time in this unit, but will not be the last. The host truly made it an amazing stay. When flying in from out of town you always worry about what you will need to bring, from beach gear to toiletries and have to plan to bring them with you or purchase there. This unit had it all. From shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom to hand soap at every sink. There was even a supply of laundry pods! The furnishings were beautiful with more than enough seating for the 6 of us to watch movies and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the linens were great. There were enough beach chairs and towels for our party of 6 and even more of everything if we’d needed. We had a truly wonderful stay and will be back to this unit next year!!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed and the views off the balcony were perfect!

BEAUTIFUL!! Best stay ever! Unit was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, toys and umbrellas. It was beautiful and clean and the VIEW is amazing! Will definitely rent this unit again!

Property was well maintained. Only issue was the exterior lighting. Walkway in front of units and garage area was very dark.
