Beautiful Beach Studio w/ Kitchenette/Great Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Appartement is located in an quiet area. The room was nice and had all necessities for an agreeable stay. Communication was great with Marjorie, also her flexibility for an earlier check in was much appreciated.It was a big plus for us.Thanks very much!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was impeccably clean. I had a studio room with a full bed and kitchenette - it was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with management ahead of time, and the check in/out process was a breeze. I also appreciated having a beach chair to use! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was very clean. Access to the beach is excellent. Just across street. Very quiet. Price was pretty reasonable.

It was cute, clean and convenient. We loved that we could walk right up to the beach, which was only 2 blocks away. We found that we could also walk up to all the cool and delicious restaurants and shops just a few blocks north of us as well. Anytime we had a question, we just texted and got an answer right away. We will definitely be returning in the future and we have already recommended to our friends.

Great place ! Met the owners on premises They are very nice and accommodating to any questions. Place is clean and cute Walking distance to all …. Beach, restaurants, shops, Walgreens etc. There is golf cart rentals walking distance with daily rates. Located by Walgreens

Upon entering the room we were overwhelmed by the air freshener. We unplugged it but the entire room reeked. We tried to air out the room and went to sleep. We woke up nauseous. We had to have the windows open and Dan on just to make it through the night. Management offered to change the sheets but I advises even after airing the room out we were knocked over by the strong smell in the entire room. Since we were literally getting sick in the room, we didn’t stay another night, didn’t get refunded and had to pay change fees to switch out flights. Furious… trip was ruined.

The main purpose for choosing this property was for walkable (2 short blocks!) beach/town access, as we returned our rental car after spending the previous week in Key Largo. More restaurants and fun concentrated in such a small area, and only a few miles from the airport! The room was clean, and a great place to stay for 2 or 3 nights. Slight pet odor(though no pets allowed) in bathroom area only..Adding a portable folding luggage rack would help, especially as women tend to carry larger suitcases.. There were 2 smaller mid-century modern curved chairs, but not good for holding larger straight bags.. Beach chairs, etc, another plus! Cute kitchen area (no counter space) with mini fridge (freezer definitely needs defrosting) coffee maker, microwave.. Not a real stove, but a twin plug in hot plate sort of set up.. However, we were able to make breakfast. Loved the privacy location, room upstairs and situated further back from the main road. Cozy shaded patio for lovely happy hour gatherings. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends passing through!
