Unit 128 has two bedrooms (master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds) and two baths with a large screened in veranda. There is room for up to four guests. Our unit is located close to the heated pool and within minutes of the beach. Renters can easily carry their beach chairs and coolers from our unit - there is no need to drive and park somewhere to access the beach. Beach towels, four chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella are provided.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We love staying at this property! It's perfect for our multi-generational family. My parents get the master, my daughter and I share the other room. Close to the pools and the beach, and I love reading on the porch. Suzanne is incredibly kind and communicative, always available for any concerns or needs. We only live an hour and a half away, and I left my hair dryer. I let her know and she responded immediately that the unit was empty so I could go get it, or that she would be there in a few days and could mail it to me. Check in was a breeze, as was the checkout process. We are looking forward to going again next summer!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This condo was very clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Easy check in. Great location with beach access across the street. Nice quiet complex with several pools and tennis courts. We would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024This Sea Woods veranda was perfect for beach lovers. It’s situated across from the ocean and takes just a couple of minutes to walk there. No car necessary. Very clean and well stocked.

It is a short walk to the beach and to a well stocked Dollar Store for pretty much anything you need. The host was welcoming, friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a great time and know you would too

Stayed May 20, 2023Loved the condo and it's location. Super quiet and peaceful. Loved relaxing on the screened in porch. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Safe and easy to cross the road as there is a crosswalk with warning lights for drivers. Suzzane was such a pleasure to work with and would definitely stay here again when in the area.
