Beautiful Artistic Home Ideal for Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor VR1R25-151

The property wa great, in close vicinity to everything!

Wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood - away from the crowds in Bar Harbor, but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Everything was as advertised. Our only suggestion would be to add a grab bar in the bathroom tub.

This was clean, spacious, and so well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, the tub was great, and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer handy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful! Even better than pictured - top quality finishes and furnishings, large fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Radiant heat kept us cozy even in December. Unobtrusive hosts. Good sized gathering/eating space. Plenty of room for 4, and space enough for 6 people.

This home was beautiful and just what we wanted for our honeymoon in Bar Harbor. It was soo close to downtown (5-10minutes walking) and Acadia (5 min drive max) as well. The best part though was how quiet the area is. Will definitely stay here again.

The host greeted us on arrival, which was super nice! We had an absolutely lovely time. Amenities were great! 10/10, would stay again!

Overall it was a great stay. The place was centrally located and very cozy. Great communication!

Check-in was a breeze—just follow the very simple instructions. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, including a stove, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We took full advantage of the full-size refrigerator and stocked it for the week. This allowed us to have breakfast every morning at the apartment and make sandwiches to take with us, which we enjoyed in Acadia National Park.The apartment was very spacious, with three bedrooms, a family room, a balcony, and a deck. The washer and dryer were a delightful bonus!Parking was one of the biggest challenges for my full-size pickup truck with three bikes on the back. The driveway was overgrown with vegetation. Fortunately, this issue was resolved, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marsha!Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!

I was very impressed with the location of the house and size of the rooms. The balconies and large tub were great bonuses. One of the rooms got a little bit warm without a fan or A/C, but I imagine those aren't needed most of the year, so that's a minor gripe. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and would consider returning.

We loved walking down to the main street, being so close to the national park, sitting out on the balcony and the kids loved the big bath!

Great location in quiet neighbor with easy access to the shops and restaurants in downtown Bar Harbor (10 min walk). Short drive to Acadia. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after biking the carriage trails.

We had a great stay in Bar Harbor! It was super easy to walk into town and onto the shore path, and we were just a short drive away from some great hikes. The house was well-appointed and the owners were very responsive. We hope to return!

Bigger than advertised. Great location. Very comfortable with lots of kitchen supplies. Few droppings noted under kitchen sink.

The location is perfect for Acadia National Park. It has plenty of sleeping space and community space.

This was our first time visiting Bar Harbor and this was the perfect location for us. We could walk to everything in the downtown area, and it was an easy drive to Acadia. The place was incredibly clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, cute place!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Marsha's place in Bar Harbor. The apartment was just as advertised, and was very clean. The kitchen was excellently appointed with all we needed to cook our meals. The location was perfect for exploring the island while being able to walk into Bar Harbor. And the price was a most excellent value. Thank you, Marsha!

Cook in or walk to nearby restaurants and downtown or free bus around Acadia National Park. The property feels like home. Roomy and comfortable.

Stayed here last week in Aug. Ideal location. Quiet neighborhood away from the main streets but within 10 minutes walking to Bar Harbor restaurants, shops and Acadia bus locations.

The very sweet and conscientious owners made our trip destination extremely comfortable, as they stocked the kitchen will all necessary appliances and equipment. The location of the rental is perfect for walking to the town of Bar Harbor, or driving to locations outside of town. Overall, would give this a 10 out of 10!

The three bedroom apartment was upstairs, private, and cool at night with cross breezes. The air conditioner was on when we arrived (a hot week), which was a nice touch, but we did not need it in the morning or evening or overnight. Just a few blocks from town, and a few miles from Acadia, the neighborhood is leafy and quiet. The owners (right downstairs) respected our privacy all week and were friendly when we met up two times in the backyard by the separate entrance. We hope to be back. It could not have been much better.

Close to town. The upstairs of the house was perfect. Nice balcony, plenty of room, and a plessant family below us.

The location is incredible. We were able to walk to downtown Bar Harbor in 10 minutes and had easy access to Acadia. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had, and the space was great. I recommend staying here!
