Beautiful apartment with aircon, large terrace, stunning sea views, shared pool

Very homely apartment, well located within the complex which is beautiful, with wonderful views and a great terrace. We parked easily on the street near the lift every time. Host is very responsive to questions and helpful driving instructions etc were provided. We did venture up to the pool one day but it was closed (you could access it and some people were using it but sunbeds had been packed away). We loved the local area and the old town too, yes it is hilly with lots of steps but I can always use the exercise! I would recommend this is a place to stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the sea. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach, and is very clean. The only thing I struggled with was the steps. I ended up binning my pram halfway through the holiday because it was a struggle to get it up and down the steps, and my little one isn’t great at walking in the heat. This was probably my error as I possibly hadn’t read the information on the apartment details well enough, but other than that we had a wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this appartment. Everything was in order, we would recommend it. Perhaps not suitable for families with small children due to number og stairs down to the beach.

This was our second stay in John's property. We love it. Both the apartment and the complex are immaculately kept and cared for. The sea views from the terrace are what brought us back. The terrace itself is very spacious so you can spend days there lounging In the sun. We had great views of the fireworks the night of the San Juan festival.The facilities in the apartment are second to none and the recent upgrades really do make this feel like a home from home, we particularly appreciated the addition of the air fryer! I would definitely recommend this property, either for a base to explore or for a beach holiday. There are numerous supermarkets nearby and you can walk into the old town of Nerja, but would caution there are steep hills.We had a rental car for our stay and used the parking garage which was great for keeping the car out of the sun.Overall, we had a wonderful two weeks, very relaxing and would definitely stay here again.

The views from John’s apartment cannot be beat!! Stunning setting, wonderfully appointed apartment, great location with free parking! We struggled a bit to find the apartment when we arrived, but it was midnight and we were tired from traveling. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

The view from the terrace was perfect, the beach and pool were great…once we had found our way there and back! Felt like we should have left a breadcrumb trail, so many little stairwells to choose from! The apartment was clean and well-equipped but you definitely need a certain level of fitness get the most out of Nerja!

When we arrived, the place was crawling with ants, literally in every room. When we called the property manager, she was rude and asked if we did not have ants in our country. Was told to go get some bug spray. The owner of the property did apologize. After going and buying bug spray and treating the apartment, we were able to enjoy it. The view was exceptional.

This superbly equipped apartment is on a very attractive and peaceful development. The balcony offers a great view of the sea and is a highlight of the accommodation. From the main bedroom you can hear the sea so it's very relaxing. It is close to bars and restaurants and is about half an hour walk to Nerja old town- although this does involve a steepish climb up from Burriana beach. There is only one supermarket within walking distance that we could find and it's pretty expensive. If we came again we'd probably hire a car as the apartment is located on a development with many steps and was a bit of a walk with cases from the bus station. That said, the apartment was so nice we stayed there a lot of the time, particularly as the weather was beautiful and the terrace is in full sun, making it the perfect location for sunbathing. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would love to return some day.

Beautiful apartment, great location for visiting Burianna Beach. Cant recommend it highly enough, it has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

This property is nestled into a dramatic escarpment, framed by the Sierra Nevada. The view from the balcony of both the sea and tranquil pool was stunning. The gardens are beautiful and fragrant. The villa had everything you would need for your stay and was all on one level. Charming décor and relaxing beach vibe. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

The apartment and complex are the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The apartment is well presented, clean and nice and spacious. The terrace is excellent with fantastic sea views and plenty of space for dining and lounging in the sun. The photographs on the listing don't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the accommodation. Dealing with John was a pleasure and communication was excellent.
