The apartment with air conditioning consists of 3 rooms (approx. 120sqm) on the ground floor with a large cozy living area with sofa, satellite.-TV, book corner, fireplace, dining area and 2 bedrooms (double and once 2 single beds and a travel cot). This includes two separate bath-shower-baths, a fully equipped separate kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and much more). Washer and dryer are in the separate storage room. The apartment is designed with a high quality marble, the terrace, from the living room and bedroom, is about 25 square meters. The well-kept complex is mostly inhabited by Spaniards and has no typical tourism business. The 3000sqm garden area (with 2 pools including a children's pool) is beautifully maintained and planted with palm trees and flower beds. Loving details such as fountains and Andalusian architecture complete the picture in this facility, which is not open to the public. Loungers and umbrellas are available for everyone in the garden.
A car is not necessary as there is a bus stop directly (approx. 100 meters) from the system. From there you can go directly to the center of Marbella. In the high season, the bus is even preferable because it is more difficult to find a parking space in the old town. The beach is about 1.5 kilometers away, but the way back is uphill. Otherwise, a car would be helpful for shopping and if you want to explore the area (Ronda, Casares, Tarifa, Gibraltar etc.).

    We spent one week at the apartment. It is well equipped , comfortable and quiet.Connected to Marbella city center and Puerto Banus by bus. We really recommend it!

    The apartment is well furnished and equiped.It is situated in Golden Mile, between Marbella and Puerto Banús. The terrace is wonderful for bfast and dinner.

    Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable size for 4 people. Found it clean and as expected. Owner responsive to emails during stay. Grounds of complex were well taken care of and pool was a lovely treat, however had to drive everywhere as we were quite a distance from shopping, restaurants and ocean. Enjoyed the secured access. Fairly central location for visiting area - Tangiers, Gibraltar and Costa del sol hill towns. Although we visited Seville a couple of times, it was a 2-3 hour drive each way which made it a long long day. Granada was a 3-4 hour drive as well.

    This apartment was perfect for our family with two little girls. The apartment is situated well and with two bathrooms, a good kitchen and a sunny terrace you have everything you need. The two pools with sun beds situated nearby the apartment are clear and suitable for children. We had a lovely stay!
