Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower & granite counter tops. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parkingspace.

This three-bedroom 1000 square foot home has everything you may need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer, and much more. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep six guests, plus an queen air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 8 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy this home in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street.

Located in a quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens and near the University of the Incarnate Word. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away and some are even walking distance.

You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these case
