Stayed Sep 13, 2025Lovely quiet apartment with excellent layout and lovely terrace. Bedroom facing street had some nighttime noise but not unmanageable. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Ruzafa barrio.

Stayed May 24, 2025The location was ideal for exploring Valencia, situated in the bustling and fun Ruzafa neighborhood. The apartment was generally comfortable, quite stylish, and the terrace was great. Two points that could be improved: the photos make it hard to tell that one bedroom has two small single beds, essentially on the floor. Second, the beds in both bedrooms are not very comfortable. There was also a strange hole in the tile in the lobby of the building, covered by a hollow-core door, and giving off a terrible sewage smell. Someone stepped through the door into the hole while we were there (thankfully not us). Although not the owner's fault, it was a genuine safety hazard. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 9, 2025While the apartment is as described and the patio is wonderful, the apartment is a basic one bedroom plus a separate sleeping area and was not quite suitablet for 2 couples. Location is great!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The place was perfect for us. The unit is well equipped, and the terrace is great! The location is perfect—just steps from numerous bars and restaurants, and a short walk to neighboring barrios. Highly recommend.
