Stayed May 26, 2022The apartment was all that we expected: clean, close to the property management office, close to the boardwalk, close to grocery store and next to soccer and basketball arena. It is located 45 min walk to the center of Ostende and a 15 min tram ride to the Ostende train station. We drove there and got lost trying to get our keys. I called (local Belgian number) and was put on hold for 20 minutes, I finally hung up and tried again. We finally found the office, paid local fees (electricity and clean up) and grabbed a set of linen( 20 euros each). We enjoyed the covered garage under the building. One last interesting point: we had to take out the trash before we left and drop it in city trash can (which cost 50 cents to open). Overall: great place with some complications
