Stayed Sep 23, 2024Laurent’s flat was exactly as pictured. It was clean, spacious, and overall a great place to stay. The building had secure access which required a key for entry. It was very quiet and close to the metro. I’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Laurent's apartment was simply amazing. Well furnished and decorated. Location was perfect for getting a bus or metro, not far from the Velodrome, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment is in a secure building. It had a huge balcony for relaxing and eating meals. Laurent met us at the front of the building and gave us an overview of the property. His English is excellent and is friendly and charming. Highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023Very comfortable apartment close to Perier metro and 30-45 mins walking distance from beaches, Basilica etc. Apartment is really geared for one couple sharing though there is a fold down sofa bed in second bedroom.
