Stayed May 15, 2025Aside from the cigarette holes in the linen (some dirty towels) , faint smell of smoke and marijuana and the lack of a change machine at the laundry room. my stay was fine the place was convenient to downtown locations and easy for me to get back and forth to work, Also the host was very helpful on certain things I requested for the trip which made for as close to a pleasant trip as possible. Very appreciative, will book with this host again in the future

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)
