Stayed Feb 13, 2026An economic option for large families. The facilities are very basic which is fine. Some suggestions for improvement: Wifi, modern workers & families are connected everywhere, no wifi is not an option in 2026. The parking was a mud bath, the car is very dirty inside and outside. The heating bill was substantial, due to electric heating of the house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was even better than the photos - very spacious and clean. Collecting the keys was very straightforward and the views from the balconies were fantastic. Although there is a new barn being constructed next door, there was almost no noise from this at all during our stay and as it is behind the house, it doesn't impinge on any views. The village of Uderns is very close and has lots of cafes and restaurants. The whole valley is excellent for sporting activities and for walking and Fugen has a great indoor and outdoor pool. This was a great property for our grown up family party of 9 with spacious bedrooms, plenty of seating in the kitchen and a good size lounge although much time was spent outside seated on the many balcony chairs. Would certainly come to this house and this location again .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969hartelijk welkomst door mevrouw en niets was te veel. Ook de was doen omdat de kinderen hadden gespuugd.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Dit is de eerste keer dat we met BelVilla op reis gaan. De reservatie en bijhorende communcatie verliep vlekkeloos. Op het gepaste moment kregen we automatisch de nodige info doorgemaild. De chalet is ruim en voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Met 7 kinderen en 4 volwassenen hebben we een mooie week achter de rug. De eigenaars zijn bijzonder vriendelijke en staan op elk moment klaar om te helpen en vragen te beantwoorden. Het aantal dieren dat we konden zien was minder dan verwacht, maar kon de pret niet bederven. Op regendagen konden we gaan zwemmen, hebben we een schauwkäserei en een bio-energiecentrale bezocht, allemaal in Fügen. We hebben mooie wandelingen vanuit Fügen, Mayrhofen en Zell am Ziller gemaakt. Ook de Krimmler watervallen zijn een leuke uitstap. Samengevat ... een heel tevreden groep.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Uitstekend naar ons zin gehad. Ruim huis, vriendelijke eigenaar. Voldoende keukeninventaris voor 13 pers.
