Place reeked of weed and air freshener. Poop smears on the bathroom door, peeling paint on the bathroom tile. We didn’t stay, left immediately. This is the last time I’m using VRBO. Their app is super faulty- doesn’t work. I messaged the property manager that we weren’t staying there and had a prompt reply. We were in the place for moments and left smelling like weed and air freshener. Carpets looked very worn too. Kitchen dirty. I’ve wasted money I can’t afford to waste.
Nice place very convenient to the venue.
This is a nice place but requires a couple of improvements to be great. The bed is old and rather uncomfortable. On the other hand, my wife thinks the bathroom and the closet require some attention. Finally, the host is great. No complain in this regard.
Fair stay. One apartment in a small complex building. Pros: quiet area, include all the basic amenities, fairly clean. Cons: the entrance was not very convenient/accessible (my room was on the second with a narrow staircase), laundry in a separate laundry room (convenience depends on which room you stay).
Property could use some major upgrades. Was bearable for onw night but wouldn’t want an extended stay here. Biggest issue I have is thsy property listing says it sleeps 4. As my son said it would with 3 on the floor. There was one small bed but no other beds or pullout couch. I ended up sleeping on a regular couch which was marginally comfortable at best. Needs to be written properly on listing
I went to check in and Scott let me know that the property was double booked. Luckily, he had another property in town that he offered, although it was not downtown. The second property had recently had an issue with tenants so it was not ready. Scott worked hard to get it in as good of shape as humanly possible, and the property was okay. Scott worked very hard to accommodate my stay, but the double booking issue made it to where I had to pay for parking downtown ($10/day) instead of walking to my venue.
This was a great place to stay for the short amount of time we were in town for a wedding. It was 1 minute from the venue, so it was perfect! Communication was great and accommodating. Very convenient!
Enjoyed our time. Close to the coliseum complex where we enjoyed a concert. I would recommend this place.
Great location, Comfortable. Property manager was great to deal with. Easy in and out. Only knock is bathroom could use a little love but it's no reason not to stay there especially for the price!
