A refundable cash deposit of 250 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure following a property inspection, provided no damage has occurred. A city tax applies at a rate of 4.00 Euros per person per day for guests aged 18 and over, payable upon arrival. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals from 21:00 onwards. A final cleaning fee of 120 Euros is also payable upon arrival. A cot is available upon request for an additional charge per stay. House rules are in place and must be respected throughout the duration of your stay, as penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance.
