For arrivals after 20:00, an additional fee applies, which is to be settled in cash upon arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00. Upon arrival, a fully refundable cash security deposit will be required to cover any potential damages, and this amount will be returned at the time of departure less any applicable charges. A city tax is applicable per person per day for guests aged 18 and above, for a maximum of 7 nights. A final cleaning fee is also due upon arrival and covers the end-of-stay service.
