Stayed Oct 29, 2025Great location in a safe neighborhood with grocery stores, cafes and restaurants in within 1-2 blocks. Just a 10-minute walk from Eiffel Tower and boar roses on the Seine. Property was small but clean and great for us. Although it living space is on ground floor the bedroom is down a short flight of stairs.

Stayed Jan 7, 2025This accommodation is great for this price!It’s quite spacious, with The Eifel Tower and a Metro station just around the corner (few minutes walk). There is a small supermarket and lots of restaurants and bakeries as well.And it’s very clean!Highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 30, 2024Our family of four, including two teenage boys, found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It was walking distance to the events we were attending at the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. It is located close to two metro stations, which made it very easy for us to get around the city and beyond (including a trip to Disney Paris). The real bonuses for us were the laundromat around the corner from the apartment, in addition to a great boulangerie and supermarket both only a block away. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns and were gracious enough to let us leave our luggage behind on our last day rather than having to use luggage storage. If you are looking for a homebase while you explore all that Paris has to offer, i would recommend staying here.
