Stayed Oct 13, 2024Great location, requested an exact address prior to booking, never responded back House was overall clean, black widows were in the bbq grill, the propane tanks were almost empty We had 3 roaches within the property ( garage, couch and bathroom ) they could have been saddled and rode, worst part is the lack of response to management

Stayed Mar 19, 2023The location of this condo is exceptional! Three minute walk to Belmont Park. We highly recommend the activities and restaurants. Condo as described. Cute and clean. Minor upgrades would make a big difference (dish washer, blow dryer). Thank you!

Stayed Mar 23, 2022Great location close to Belmont Park and Mission Beach. Property are rooms are much smaller than they look in photos. Hot water only worked in one of two bathrooms, Wifi login/password and side entrance door passcode provided in email was incorrect. No baking sheets, no large frying pan, utensils and cooking gear is very old and cheap. Can't use oven without setting off smoke alarm. Dishwasher barely cleans and soap dispenser on dishwasher door is held in place by masking tape, which does not work! Hot tub seems like it hasn't been drained and cleaned in a long while. Several external deck lights are out and need replacing. If there are folks staying in the upstairs unit forget about getting a good night's sleep, as you can hear every step they take and any and all noise. Rowdy parties at several houses in neighborhood, as well as in upstairs units late into the night to 3 and 4AM. In a nutshell, great location, and probably a good place for a frat party, but would never rent this place again and do not recommend for a family or normal folks.

Stayed Jan 6, 2022This was a wonderful experience, except for the noise from the upstairs unit. Six people were staying in the upstairs unit that I didn’t realize was part of this rental, and while I’m sure they tried to be respectful six people make a lot of noise walking around and talking/laughing, and it carried to the downstairs unit quite a bit. I recommend earplugs for nighttime quiet. But the outside was so beautiful and pretty private, and I spent most of my time on the outside couch, at the fire table, and in the hottub. Those were wonderful!

Stayed Aug 22, 2021We enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul! We like the location close to both the bay and the ocean, beds were comfortable and it was furnished very nicely. It would have been helpful to have written instructions regarding using the televisions.
