Beautiful 2BR/2BA in Bldg connected to Skywalk

Great service. Place was very nice and clean. Nice location for what we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again if we get back here. Owners were great to deal with.

Great location within walking distance to many DesMoines hot spots. Host was very responsive and the property was clean and convenient.

This place was great. I read some of the previous reviews and besides a couple of very small pieces of trim missing and a few drywall cosmetic holes from nails it is exactly as described. Found our lock box with no problems, all codes and keys worked perfect. The location is amazing, right above Hello Marjories for an easy craft cocktail! Fresko, Centro, and Django all an easy walk. Will def stay again.

This booking was cancelled last minute when I was already en route to the area leaving me with nowhere to stay. I continued to receive automated messages about check out, etc. which just made me feel worse.

The apartment was nice and it was walking distance to groceries, restaurants and other activities we were in town for. We had some difficulty with check in because there wasn't a fob left for us. We had to wait for someone to bring it to us before we could get into the apartment. It was after office hours so we were delayed to get into the apartment for about an hour. The hosts were responsive and kind, they also offered other options, but they didn't fit our needs for this stay. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again.

Actual apartment was amazing! We struggled a little with the lock box on a planter in front of the building. Absolute perfect place to stay if you need to be near the Marriott. Parking across the street in both directions. Could use a few new pillows.

We reserved a 2 bedroom place with 2 queen beds, but when we checked in we were in an entirely different place, with one of the bedrooms having 2 twin beds (not ideal for an adult married couple). The location was also 3/4 of a mile from where we reserved and next to a homeless shelter. Each night we were serenaded by screaming homeless people, people sleeping on the street, etc. I think the thing that bothered us about it the most is that the management company didn't even let us know that we were not getting the space we reserved months ago. It was only until after going back and looking at the pics from the VRBO ad that we realized it was an entirely different place...

Overall this was a great place for a quick night away. Property managers were wonderful. They quickly responded and took care of any issues. The bathroom outlets did not work. We were able to use an outlet from the kitchen island for curling iron- just enough cord to reach. But could not use the master outlets. One bedroom had no pillow cases but the property manager quickly handled and had the cleaner bring some over- they were wadded up when she gave them to us, so I'm not sure they were clean- I washed them. Otherwise all was great. We'll be back in the area this summer and will check availability. Thanks.

Cute loft located right downtown and within the skywalk system. Very modern appearance and the hostess was responsive. I would stay here again.
