Stayed Sep 12, 2025The condo could use some updating and a deep clean. The patio door wouldn’t stay open so I had to leave it open a bit so I wouldn’t get locked out. I emailed the host and nothing was done. A piece of plexiglass on Linai was broken. The tv in guest room didn’t work even though it had a spectrum box the tv wouldn’t turn on. Again I contacted host and was told only tv in living room and master was guaranteed to work. The unit had everything you would need and the community was lovely and the pool was clean and warm.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025After being cancelled by VRBO as our first property was not ready for occupation we found this place about 5 miles further inland.The condo was rented thru suncoast properties on VRBO website.All communication was thru sun coast who were excellent.The condo was clean and well supplied with everything needed for a weeks stay.The lanai however was filthy and we were not able to sit out there and the screen door to the lanai/porch was also broken.We were thankful that VRBO reimbursed us for the difference we had to pay for the second property..

Stayed Mar 2, 2024The unit was very well stocked and comfortable, it really needs a good cleaning, we had an ant problem in the kitchen so everything needed to be keep off the counters. This was our first time to this area and will never go back, trying to get across the bridge to get to the beach was terrible.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Shorewalk is a great location. Close to the beaches but also close enough to all the amenities. This particular condo is in need of some cleaning with some updates that have been hastily done. The patio hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. My children had dirty feet from being out there so I cleaned it myself. We enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again if there was a good price for our dates.

Stayed Apr 22, 2023Have been renting at Shorewalk for a number of years and like the proximity to stores restaurants and the beach. This present unit lacked in tasteful decorating and was in need of a good floor cleaning.
