Arfe Terrace is a charming apartment with a private terrace, located in the heart of Seville, on the prestigious Calle Arfe, just a few meters from the Cathedral and the Archive of the Indies. The Arenal neighborhood is one of the most exclusive and vibrant areas of the city, known for its lively, safe, and cheerful atmosphere, with a wide variety of bars, terraces, restaurants, and small food shops.

This apartment has been designed with neutral, elegant colors, creating a cozy and modern environment. It features two bedrooms: the first, an exterior room, comes with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and overlooks a small, picturesque patio, as well as large wardrobes. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, offering a large window and a balcony with views to the exterior.

The living room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with two large balconies that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. It is also furnished with a dining table for six people and a sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is spacious and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware to meet all guest needs.

The bathroom is independent and spacious, ensuring maximum comfort. The highlight of the apartment is its private terrace, measuring around 20 m², which is accessed by climbing two floors outside the apartment. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, plants, and all the amenities needed to relax while enjoying stunning views of the Cathedral and Giralda.

    This was a lovely apartment in an ideal situation close to all the main sites. We very much appreciated being met and welcomed in person. We were also glad to have help booking transport from and to the airport.Half way through our one week the visit owners had the apartment cleaned and replenished supplies.We particularly enjoyed using the rooftop terrace which had views of the cathedral.

    Everything was perfect. Location was key. Apartment was beautiful and clean! Appreciated the care package with soaps, coffee, and other stuff for our stay. Check in/ check out was easy. We have nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you for a wonderful first experience to Spain :)

    Just what we were looking for! Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of vibrant Seville. Host communicated very quickly and efficiently. We noticed a bit of the shower was leaking so we told the host and they sent over someone whilst we were out for the day and by the time we came back it was fixed. ! Would reccomend staying here

    The location is perfect! So many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

    A perfect location was completely undone by poor maintenance and management. We arrived for a two week family vacation in an apartment that markets its roof top sun terrace. The deck was a mess and required us to clean. The shade umbrella was broken and could not be raised, limiting use of the deck to late afternoon. To top this off the apartment had no wine glasses. It’s not unreasonable to want to enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace. Both issues were reported on the first day, the wine glasses were provided after multiple requests, very late on the 3rd day. The shade umbrella was not addressed until the day before we left. We had asked to swap with the adjoining terrace as this was never used. This request was denied. Particularly annoying when we came home on our last night to find the umbrella from the adjoining terrace had been move to our deck. Only a week after we had requested the same. It appears the management company does not maintain an inventory of the apartment, many of the plates were mismatched and chipped. There are not towel rails for bath towels in the bathroom, you must like hanging towels on open wardrobe doors. We made the best of the managements lack of care or urgency, but this did impact our enjoyment. For a day or two you will probably be fine, but frankly the poor management should not be rewarded.

    Very communicative management made check in easy. The place is only a block or two from the cathedral but is removed from all the tourists. Would happily stay here again.
