Beautiful 1st Floor Oasis - Just 160 Steps to the Beach! King Bed! Free Parking!

Cozy beach home with multiple apartments, very quiet and great location to the beach. Perfect access location for the beach, 17th street entrance is better than most. Decor was as expected and perfect for mom and daughter. Relaxing with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Wish there had been a bit more available in the kitchen for meal prep, but we didn’t ask if something more could be provided. Humidity is an issue in the bathroom but otherwise great little beach apartment. Thanks for the memories !

We LOVED it!! The front porch ..sitting and relaxing! Close to everything!! The side of the place is just amazinggggggg..flowers, fans, lights, tables!! It was PERFECT!!

The property needs a refresh as its worn out.. Not enough parking for all the rooms in the area and this building..

Great communication with host, perfect location and nice outdoor space. My only negative is the bathroom was in serious need of updating and cleaning.

The amazing Jasmine plant next to our porch was beautiful and the fragrance amazing. We spent most of our time at the property on the front porch or on a swing in the common area. This is a special property and the host made our trip seamless.

17th Street Inn was colorful and happy. We took advantage of Tybee Island & Savanah comfortably. I love how artsy the patio is

This cozy studio had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway! The bed is comfy, everything was clean & cute. Lots of outdoor seating, swings, & fire pits. The kitchen had adequate supplies for light cooking or take out. There are many options in walking distance- the beach, several restaurants, night life and beach shops. We will definitely return again!

Clean calm and adorable

We came to enjoy the area that is known to be dog friendly. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave. We will definitely be back to the area but not sure we will stay out on Tybee. We wanted to enjoy the areas that are known to be dog friendly and Tybee at this time of year was not as dog friendly as we had seen. Maybe in the warmer months. Also our host said they could not extend a credit but would send a discount to book later. We have not seen that and were hoping to see something as it was a very quiet time of year. Hardly anyone on the island.

Very clean, convenient to beach, nice relaxing patio and porch area. I wish we were able to get a couple more towels. Four towels, 2 people, for 4 days. We would go back again!!

The unit is clean and all the appliances are new. The bed is comfortable and the unit is cozy. Very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to all yet quiet. They are professional and they aim to please. We will be back.

We had a great stay and the property was in a excellent location.

This was perfect for me and a friend. Clean, plenty of room, exactly as described in the listing. A very cool and beautifully decorated old seaside inn converted into condos. Steps from the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need.

Very nice and quaint place. We just had a couple of issues. As stated in previous reviews, the broken toilet seat had not been replaced. The TV is stream only so difficult to watch. We couldn’t watch National channels. Not a big deal since we didn’t go to watch TV. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

The only reason I gave a four for the overall stay is because the bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky.

We stayed Thursday threw Sunday enjoyed Savannah and the beach. Ate at the local hot spots and for the most part they were amazingly !

Checked in, property was clean. AC was crispy and cool. Needs a spatula but other utensils are provided including plates. Commode seat was broken, messaged host first five minutes of stay about that and the front porch lounge chair (just needs a screw). Mattress was comfy but bed frame was squeaky. Saw another review that called the furniture “Wayfair” lol. Parked our car upon arrival and never had to move it. Everything is close by especially the ocean. Older property so you can hear your neighbors especially above. Loved the front porch, especially when it rained! Area out back was cute and a lot of folks walking by commented on how nice it was. Their attention was on us because we had the grill going ? We had a relaxing time and anyone going to Tybee Island would enjoy staying at the 17th St Inn. ✌
