Stayed Sep 19, 2021We travel to Spokane often to visit our kids and grandchild. We are always on the lookout for place that we can consider a goto place to say. The travel apartments seem to be recently renovated and it's been well done. The furniture and appliances are nice, and the space is well organized. We stayed for a week, I worked at the unit during the day while my wife visited with family and I joined them in the evening. Having a well stocked kitchen and a good fridge was great. The building, the elevator, and the apartment were all keyed with the same unique pin code created for us, which was nice. Having the elevator key coded was new for me, but it does help you feel more secure. Being downtown Spokane, there are more homeless on the streets. The lack of free parking was painful. It's clear on the description that parking is paid, but we often had to park some distance away. My one interaction with management was disappointing. The shower has practically no pressure at all. My suspicion was an overly aggressive water saver in the shower head. I called management and they sent a cleaning lady to look at it. Odd to say the least. She did say that all the units had the same problem. Then I never heard back from management on any resolution one way or another. We stayed in unit 209 which faced the Spokane school district offices. This means that their windows were directly opposite. It was kinda creepy, so we ended up keeping the blinds down the whole time. Further there is an ally between the two buildings. Dumpster garbage collection and other truck usage of the ally caused a lot of noise. Even though there are double paned windows, the ally noise was very noticeable. Across the street is a big hotel. The service entrance faces the apartment building, so the noise of 18 wheeler's backup beeping early in the morning was also clearly heard. It's possible that a unit on a different end of the building wouldn't have these problems, but the noise, especially early in the morning was unwelcome. I had really wanted this place to work out. Unfortunately I doubt we will return.

Stayed Jul 23, 2021Such a comfortable and handsome place to stay. Loved having a working kitchen and washer and dryer. The bed was super comfy. The decor was hip and fun. And how nice to be near Riverfront Park. I’d definitely stay here again!
