BEARADISE 1 - Five Min Walk To Downtown Banner Elk

All was as advertised. Very clean, very well maintained property and close to town. Owner was very responsive.

Good communication. Home was clean,super cute, and well located. Would definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic! Relatively easy walk down the hill to downtown Banner Elk in a few minutes. The unit is small, but has everything you need, including an electric fireplace that was appreciated during the cold nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Bearadise 1. This property was very convenient and walking distance to BannerElk. The amenities on the property were great. Communication with property owner was also great. Definitely recommended.

Everything was good. Except the bed comforter smelled like a dog had been sleeping on it.

The cutest little cabin. We loved our stay there. When I had a question, I text the owner and he replied immediately. I highly recommend

Wonderful accommodations. Love the covered balcony and the attention to detail in the furnishings and decorations. Woodwork is beautiful. And the bear theme is charming. Quiet. And is it accessible to town center. Look forward to staying here again.

The property is wonderful!! Located just minutes from downtown Banner Elk.

Great space. Convenient to many places, a tad on the noisy side because it is on a mountain above downtown Banner Elk, which not big, but has a good amount of traffic. You can hear also hear when there is live music outside at the arts center or the restaurants nearby.

Clean property but very loud from all the stomping upstairs; noise insulation was nonexistent. Shower was scalding hot and could not be adjusted; the twisty thing didn't do a thing. No coffee filters provided; we had to buy. Firewood had not been covered from rain; got soggy and could not be used; so no fire for us. None of the TV channels were working; WiFi connection sucked. Mattress was like a hammock; my lower back still hurts. Left a day early; didn't want to stay another night.
