Beachy and Clean! White Water Views!

We enjoyed this place :)

Overall it was nice and great location just to close to other Studios it was hard to share the patio with so many people in the other Studios.

I was looking for a clean, reliable property near the water. This fits the bill. Two bedrooms, secured garage parking, a reasonably supplied kitchen, and the sound of the ocean audible at night. It's an easy walk to the pier and downtown, which we did several times. There's a good coffee shop at Tremont and Minnesota with lots of outdoor seating. The only issue was that the wifi was a little spotty. Not a problem for streaming video, because of the built-in buffering, but more of a problem if you're trying to do live Zoom calls. But then again, you shouldn't be doing Zoom calls on your vacation. Don't be like me.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and the host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Property was clean, cutely decorated, and close to the beach. Tons of dishes for cooking, which I appreciated.While there for literally 5 mins, a downstairs neighbor came to complain about noise. I hadn’t even finished unloading my car - that should tell you that we had literally just arrived! He asked if someone was stomping. I explained that I have a 1-yr old who is a little noisy when walking. The neighbor asked if I could “make him stop stomping” lol to which I asked, do you have kids? He said no and I explained that I can’t “make” my 1-yr old do anything, he’s a toddler. That was so off putting - if you have kids, maybe find somewhere else to stay. The bathtub stopper wouldn’t work so I couldn’t give my kids a bath… my children are young so they don’t really use the shower so much.The place was decent but could use some thoughtful value-adds. For example, my daughter scratched herself and there was no first aid kit - I usually travel with one but this time was trying to pack light and figured that’s a basic item I usually see in rentals. The WiFi barely worked so streaming on the TVs was not an option. I used my hotspot the entire time. Blankets very thin! Extra towels would’ve been nice. Overall, I recommend for solo travelers who are unusually quiet lol.

This place was awesome! The location was great and walkable to so many restaurants and beaches. It was clean and felt safe and was perfect for our family!

Awesome proximity to the beach and restaurants. Host was wonderful and accommodations were very clean and cute beachside theme. Would book again.

Amazingly clean and had everything we needed. Host responsive within minutes. Comfortable and close to lots of good things. We'd go back in a minute next time we are in Oceanside.

Very cute and clean condo in a great location. Walkable to the beach, coffee shop, stores. Host was very responsive to the only request we had, and communication was great throughout our stay.

We had a really lovely time staying at this property while attending a friend's wedding. The apartment was incredibly clean, the manager let us check in early, and we enjoyed being only a few blocks from the beach! I also appreciated the filtered water and abundance of soap in the shower!

Cute place! Super convenient and short, walk to the beach. Plenty of room for a family of four.

Very close to beach with views. Can be noisy at times with train station near by but worth it by hearing the ocean waves at quiet times.

The views were very nice

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible. The location was central to everything in Oceanside. The restaurants were easily walkable, and the beach was visible from the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet but lively. We went to LegoLand, which was only 15-20 min drive. Coming back to a comfortable apartment made the trip even more relaxing. Overall, I was pleased with the trip and would love to come back soon!

We absolutely enjoy staying at this location. The property is great, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our family and the communication with the property owner was great. From booking to checking out was really easy. Location is walking distance to beach and close driving distance to several restaurants in the area.

Everything was perfect. Location was better then we expected! Space is perfect for a family!!

This property was very welcoming and cozy. Though a bit small for my preteen kids and 2 adults, it was great for the short bit of time we spent there. Kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc) and closets (towels, blankets, sunscreen) were pretty well equipped. The adult bed was a little uncomfortable but was still able to sleep just fine. The host does take a bit longer to respond to inquires, but nothing bad enough to degrade a star over. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We came for a memorial in Carlsbad. It was myself, my teenage son, my dog and my mom. It was very pleasant little place tucked into a cozy quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything we needed and just a short drive to our destination. It was exactly as advertised. It fit us all nicely and even plenty of room for a family that may be even bigger. I likes that it was gated in securely on both entrances. Like I said it was also safe at all hours, because yes we were able to go out and walk the dog around the neighborhood and go the beach even at midnight and still feel safe. It was perfect for family meals and movie nights and beach days. Although the sandy beach was a little walk, we didn't mind it. We got plenty of exercise and plenty of beach. Even used the grill in the patio for making sliders one night. Although we weren't there for the happiest of occasions it was delightful to get away and much needed beach therapy. We thourally enjoyed our stay at the Meyers unit D. Would definitely love to come back and be a repeat customer. Laney was very easy to communicate and replied quickly. We did not have any issues other than a slider screen door missing and just wanted to make her aware and she was very quick to reply and apologize and let us know it was currently being replaced. We were still able to keep the door open for the breeze and didn't have any problems with bugs coming in. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable. It's always nice to have a home away from home
