A cluster of fresh coastal studios designed for quick beach escapes, work-from-anywhere stays, and longer island resets. Each modern studio features premium finishes, a plush queen bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, kitchenette essentials, and a clean, elevated feel throughout. Guests also enjoy access to the pool, outdoor gathering spaces, and easy access to South Padre Island’s beaches, restaurants, bars, and entertainment district. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, fishing trip, remote work stay, or extended vacation, Studios 17 was built to feel simple, stylish, and effortless.

Guests have access to their private studio, shared pool area, outdoor seating/lounge spaces, walkways, and on-site parking during their stay.

Please note:
• Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM
• Registered guests only on property unless approved in advance
• No access to maintenance/storage areas or locked utility spaces
• Respect neighboring guests and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area for guest safety 🏝️

Pet Policy 🐾

($45 pet cleaning fee applies)

To keep Studios 17 clean, comfortable, and beach-happy for everyone, please follow these pet rules during your stay:

• Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
• Dogs must remain on a leash anytime outside your unit.
• Guests are responsible for curbing and cleaning up after pets immediately. Please use designated waste bags and dispose of waste properly.
• Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to other guests are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area at any time.
• Do not leave pets unattended in units for extended periods.
• Any pet-related damage, stains, odors, flea treatment, excessive hair cleanup, or landscaping damage will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
• Failure to clean up after pets may result in a minimum $100 cleanup fee per occurrence.
• Repeated violations of pet rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

We love furry beach companions, but we also love keeping the property pristine for the next guest drifting in with flip-flops and sunscreen. 🌴

Pool Policy 🌊

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all guests must follow the pool rules below:

• NO GLASS of any kind in or around the pool area. This includes bottles, drinkware, containers, and food dishes. Broken glass in a pool creates a serious hazard and may require full pool closure. Violations may result in a minimum $250 fee.
• No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Children under 16 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No exceptions.
• No running, diving, roughhousing, horseplay, or unsafe behavior in the pool area.
• No smoking in the pool area.
• No pets allowed inside the pool enclosure.
• Please shower off sand before entering the pool when possible. Tiny beach souvenirs clog filters fast. 🏖️
• Quiet hours must be respected around the pool area.
• Guests use pool facilities at their own risk. Property ownership and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items.
• In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.
• If you notice unsafe conditions or pool issues, notify management promptly.
