Beachside Bliss: 2BR Lauderdale by the Sea Gem

Good location and good size

Location is Great……across the street from a PUBLIC STORE……….BEACH 2 BLOCKS……MANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE……Now to the condo itself………..TV WAS difficult to find stations….this place was furnished with a low budget in mind…….furnishings were flimsy and cheap looking……Kitchen was bare minimum for pots & pans….one dish towel ..no dish soap…..the few spices in the rack seemed quite old….little dusty……1 bathroom….had to buy our own tub mat…..water pressure was not good in shower..cheap toilet seat that loosened every time it was used……..the laundry service is 1 washer and 1 dryer..but you have to download an app and use credit card……OVERALL……great location ..but the condo could use some TLC………

This property is less than 2 mins on foot from the beach it is hard to beat this location. The condo needs a bit of love, there are signs of damage here and there you cannot see on the photos. The kitchen has the minimum you need to make breakfast but not much else. The cleanliness was not the best with pieces of food in the oven drawer and the pull out couch. The bathroom, especially the tub would also benefit from attention. Having said that however we still had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the AC was working. The checkin and checkout were easy. We were basically just using it for sleeping and breakfast being away with family the rest of the time. If you plan to spend much time there, the WiFi was not very fast and the remote to the living room tv was not working. There were some basic things missing such as only 1 extra roll of toilet paper and no pods to run the dishwasher.

My wife and I (and our dog) had an awesome stay at your condo. It was clean and we appreciate the quick response anytime we had a question. The best part was the 2 minute walk to the beach and having Publix right across the street. Thanks again
