Stayed Dec 26, 2025The host was amazing however we booked the apartment as the advert on Stayz stated in 2 seperate places that it had a pool, when we arrived-we found out it didn’t and that there had been an error on Stayz part. The host stated she never advised Stayz it had a pool. We then couldn’t cancel the trip as we had drove nearly 3 hours and couldn’t move to other suitable accommodation as most was booked out or was very expensive. This severely impacted our holiday as we have 3 children who were looking forward to a pool in the QLD heat. I would like this situation to be passed onto a manager for discussion, as I am very unhappy that Stayz are false advertising apartments and using misleading information on their website.

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Lovely large apartment. Great location just across the road to the most beautiful stretch of beach and only 20 minute stroll to town. So many complimentary extras such as shower gel, washing up liquid, olive oil and plenty of toilet paper (unusual for a holiday apartment i our previous experience). The only thing we would change/add to this amazing apartment is air conditioning. There were fans in each room but it did get rather hot at night time.
