This is a spacious ground floor apartment in a 5 star gated community in Elviria, Marbella on the Costa Del Sol. First line to the beach. The apartment is just less than 1 minute’s walk to the Golden sands of Elviria.
The apartment has marble floors throughout, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful patio and a large secluded garden. The apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortable. It has 3 large LED TV (65” screen + 2 55” screens in 2 bedrooms). The community issituated on Cerrado de Elviria Beach and has a private entrance directly onto the beach. There are several bars and restaurants along the beach. The extensive community grounds are beautiful tropical gardens. The apartment has its own designated underground parking space and access to the apartment is either via the stairs or the elevator. It is approximately 7 minutes walk from the village of Elviria which boasts many amenities including supermarkets, a varied choice of restaurants, bars, taxis and a medical centre. This apartment is located at Elviria – being in an enviable location - only 25 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport, just less than 1 minute’s walk to the Golden sands of Elviria and around 10 minutes’ drive to the cobbled streets of Marbella or the jet setting night life and Marina of Puerto Banus. Elviria’s beaches are some of the finest to be found on Marbella’s “Golden Mile”, and this local area has all the amenities, bars, chiringuitoes and restaurants you could wish for to make a perfect holiday in the Costa del Sol sunshine.

The apartment is 5 minutes’ walking distance on the beach (or a short drive away) from the “champagne party” day and night venue called “Nikki Beach Club” and the glorious 5 star Don Carlos Hotel. The urbanization has tennis courts. Locally to Elviria are spas, beach clubs, adventure parks, golf courses and a stunning selection of beaches, places to eat and extensive nightlife.

For those of you who have never visited Puerto Banus before, you are in for an absolute treat! Those of you who have been before will already know you are coming back to the most “happening” resort in the Costa del Sol. Puerto Banus is unique – based around a harbour filled with speed boats to enormous luxury yachts with fast cars to match and packed full of designer shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, cinemas, market stalls, department stores, and the most spectacular array of trendy, jet setting people.

It’s no wonder Puerto Banus has been a playground to the rich and famous for decades!
To top it all off Marbella is surrounded by many of the best golf courses, marine, aqua and safari parks and beaches in the whole of Spain.

    We had a great holiday in this beautiful apartment. The kids loved it and want to come back...hopefully we can come back again. The apartment is situated in a prime position within the complex, right on top of the beach with a private garden and the beach is accessed through a private gate. Plenty of room The beach is idyllic...you have the impression to be on an island in the Caribe. We would strongly recommend it...perfect for beach holidays

    We just love this apartment. It looks even better than in the pictures....just a minute walk to the amazing beach. It is a very bright, clean apartment. It is luxurious and nothing is overlooked.     My wife and I were looking for a beautiful and a bit exotic place not far from home to spend Christmas and New Year’s Eve and this exclusive home was exactly what we were looking for. We just loved it! The apartment is situated in a prime position within this beach side complex. It is not overlooked at all with amazing views of the sea and direct access to the beach. The owners keep it to the highest standard. It is a spacious but very romantic place at the same time. There is a large terrace with a very nice garden overlooking the huge communal areas and swimming pool. It really has everything you would ever need on holidays and the large TV Plasmascreen and high speed wifi connection was also very nice to have! The apartment is within 2 minute walking distance from lots of nice and fab restaurants (including the very popular “Beach House” restaurant and the Spanish restaurant “La Perla Blanca”). A really great place to relax that I would highly recommend it if you want a very nice experience. We have already booked it again for next year!

    THIS IS DEFINATELY A FIVE STAR APARTMENT. We had a lovely holiday in this beautifully furnished beachfront apartment with a private garden which is situated in a prime position within the complex. It is right on top of the beach. A great place to unwind and relax and have morning coffee or a glass of wine watching the sun. Plenty of room whether indoors or out for everyone to have their own space. Three master bedrooms and two really nice bathrooms. It´s immaculately clean and well maintained. The beach accessed through a private gate from the complex is one of the nicest we have seen along the coast with natural dunes and sand. We would strongly recommend staying in this apartment, other apartments we have stayed at in the area just do not compare. We will definitely be coming back to stay. This is the best!! FRONT LINE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH A PRIVATE GARDEN, PERFECT FOR BEACH HOLIDAYS
