Everything was perfect, especially the jacuzzi and jacuzzi tub. Will book again

Perfect spot for our family. The location and access to the beach was wonderful, and we saw a lot of wildlife from the back deck while sitting in the hot tub. The kids really enjoyed playing all of the games inside, which was perfect since the weather was a little cooler. And the host was very responsive.

Great place for a family. Location was excellent. Host was great and easy to work with. You must see Lake Michigan from the Indiana dunes.

Affordable (considering the beach location and many amenities), spacious, and beautiful, quick walk to the lake! The property is not perfect, but it has character, and it is a great value for what you get. We would return.

This was a great place to stay! Lots of space and the hot tub on the balcony was excellent! Also, being within walking distance of the beach could not have been more perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!

This property is the middle floor of a 3 flat. Had all the stuff to keep my kids entertained. Beach was amazing. Not a lot of privacy, you basically share the lobby and outdoor toys with the other renters of the flat. Property guy stays on the 1st floor and comes out to work on stuff. Kind of weird.

Great location with easy access to a beautiful beach. Property manager was very attentive to all our needs. Our family enjoyed our stay here very much.

My family and I had a great time staying at the beach house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the arcade games and the hot tub. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Great beach access, just wish it was a little warmer :)

Good location, daily deer sightings, great got tub and sauna and add multiple arcade games. What a way to spend a weekend with a couple teenagers.

My family and I stayed for a weekend so we could be close to Chicago for a basketball game. The beachfront property is in a great location on the beach with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The game room was fun and easy access in and out. The price was reasonable for the space provided. We will try to make it back in the summer.

Wife and I wanted a week to just be secluded with a good location, and we really enjoyed this place! Lots to do, but also still home-y enough that you could just relax. Very good location, close to the beach, very nice vibe. We loved it and would definitely come back!

We have been to this property many times over the past 15 years. We love coming here, so peaceful and quiet. We will be back.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. The unit was very comfortable, with everything one might need. The Manager, Mark, was very attentive & personable! We enjoyed him greatly. The only caution is the walkway & narrow stairs up to the unit that can be a challenge for anyone with balance issues, & while carrying items such as suitcases or groceries.

Thoroughly enjoyed our quiet stay. Easy access to the lake for walks. Enjoyed exploring the area. Would suggest including the information found on the refrigerator regarding unit location, with the email sent before check in. It was a little confusing to find the building

We rented this property for a short family trip. I believe my husband and I have mentioned how wonderful it was to every person we have spoken to since arriving home. There is so much to do inside the unit. It has a fantastic view and direct path to the beach that was never crowded. I cannot say enough great things about the property, area, or communication with the property manager. I have no doubt we will return, and we have probably convinced people we know to stay here as well. A few very minor things could have improved our stay, although not all of them are within their control. The wifi could have been better. There were some areas in the unit where it did not work well. There is an excellent path to the beach, but you would have to drive anywhere else. Parking is a little tight. I did not find it too bad, but my husband struggled with getting out of the drive. Overall, the good far outweighs any negatives. I started to write this review by listing all the pros and cons, but I reached the character limit before I even finished the pros and had to start over. There are many things to do in the area. There are clear instructions for everything you need to know how to use. Communication was great. I highly recommend this property to families, single people, or couples.

This was a true last minute gem directly on the sands of Lake MI. It is a few minute walk thru sand to get to the beach but it is so AmaZing. This three bedroom second level beach house is a tad dated, but has so many fun things to do. It has a hot tub that is nestled in the woods on the deck. It has a pinball machine and a video game that has 60 different games from the 80s😊 It comfortably slept for adults. One of the bedrooms has a double mattress on the bottom bunkbed that did not look comfortable, but no one actually slept on it. Mark the caretaker was available for any questions that we had. The only negative would be the on street parking but Lake Michigan parking this close to the beach is painful for every house rental. There was an issue with one of the other renters parking inappropriately, but the problem is quickly remedied. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location. LOVED the game room. Access to the beach was convenient. Use of the paddle boards and kayaks make for a nice touch.

Single mom with 3 kids (15, 10, 6). We enjoyed all of the amenities. The small touches made it comfortable. We enjoyed the kayak and boogie boards available to use on the private piece of beach. Totally worth it!
