Stayed Apr 13, 2025We loved the rental apartment overall. The drawbacks were the unheated pool, no hot tub, no beach chairs, and no restroom for the pool or beach area.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025My wife and I love the Fountainebleau Terrace and definitely will be staying again soon. We arrived to the condo and it was nice and clean. The property was quiet for the most part and the beach was not packed at all. This is probably one of the best locations due to the fact that the beach is so close and there are many local attractions right around the corner. I highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone including bigger families or a couples getaway.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Our stay at Fontainebleau Terrace was great! The location can't be beat as it is only about 1 mile from Pier Park. We liked this because it was very central to the main strip area, but also if you want to go to some of the other restaurants like Pineapple Willys, etc., it's right in the middle. We rented a golf cart, and although you only get 1 parking space, there is plenty of free side parking right next to the hotel. Over the 4th of July, we had no trouble finding a spot to park the cart. It's about the size of a standard hotel room, so a bit tight for me and my 2 kids, but it really was perfect for us.

Stayed May 7, 2024The condo was clean upon arrival. All needed codes were easily available and sent ahead of time. The host “signature destinations” was easy to contact through the phone number provided and answered any questions we had. Payment process was smooth. 5/5 stars, would recommend booking for your next vacation!!!
