Second Bedroom: Includes 2 queen beds plus 2 individual pull-out beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. This room shares a full bathroom with shower access.

Third Bedroom: Has an individual bed with an additional pull-out individual bed for extra sleeping space.

We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay, while also respecting the space and our community. Please review the following rules:

No smoking inside the penthouse. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Pet owners must:

Keep pets off furniture and beds

Clean up after pets inside and outside

Ensure pets are not left alone in the unit for extended periods

Prevent excessive barking or noise

No parties or events. This is a quiet residential building with full-time residents.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Elevator use must be respectful; children should be supervised.

️ Parking: This unit does not include a designated parking space. However, there is typically space available directly in front of the building. The property is secure, with on-site security staff who monitor access and help guests as needed.
