PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
NOTE: This is one of the few studio condos at the resort with direct access to a washer and dryer, shared on alternate days with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo.

This amazing ground floor beach rental, Beach Garden Studio condo, sleeps 4 guests in two queen-sizebeds. The unit features a private terrace with patio furniture and a garden area, just steps away from one of the resort's swimming pools, and offers ocean views through the lush tropical landscaping.

Inside, the studio includes a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. A 4-seat dining table, TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower.

This studio is one of the few units at the resort that offers a semi-private laundry facilities-a washer and dryer shared on alternating days with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo, secured with locks on both sides.

The studio condo provides 650 sq. ft. of interior living space and an additional 400 sq. ft. of private outdoor space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safety, free parking, central air conditioning, a cable TV, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. This unit is located in the Eagle building on the ground floor (adjoining to the Beach Garden One-bedroom condo - E124-2).

Note: The outdoor terrace was upgraded in May 2025 from the old decking material to Coraline tiles. Updated photos will be taken and posted soon.

NOTE: This studio can be combined with the adjacent Beach Garden One-bedroom condo (E124-2) via an internal connecting door via the laundry room to create the full property, Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo (E124), accommodating up to 8 guests.

BBQ-GRILL RENTAL
While this condo does not have a private BBQ grill, you can easily rent one through Prestige, just ask us for details!
