Beachfront Apt - Exclusive Malibu Rd.

Condo was perfect! Had everything you would need, very clean, has 2 parking spots (one in the garage and one in the driveway) and the view was Everything!! Falling asleep to the waves crashing right in front of the window was my favorite part. And beach access is literally right outside your front door. Street was very quiet too. I'd absolutely stay here again. And the host, Liza, is so kind and helpful and responds quickly. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation stay!

Everything about Malibu Road is safe and the whole apartment is easily accessible.Parking is ideal.Everything is new and up date.The Host, Liza and her partner are extremely welcoming and communication was excellent.This was my second visit and so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband & I stayed at Liza’s wonderful beach apartment for 4 nights. We loved staying at her beautiful place. It was so comfortable; Liza has it so well stocked. We loved sitting on the deck or in the window alcove. We saw dolphins, seals, sea gulls, cormorants, pelicans, & many other shore birds. We walked for miles on the beach. We will definitely be back. I see why she has so many people who come to her place again & again. The fresh flowers in every room were so lovely! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your welcoming beach apartment, Liza!!

Loved our stay at the beachfront apartment. Perfect location with just steps to the beach. The apartment had everything you needed for a short or long stay. Short drive to market Starbucks, shops and restaurants. Beautiful views with the ocean right at your doorstep. Highly recommended and we would love to come back again soon!

Liza was a very welcoming host ! So responsive and accommodating! The apartment was beautifully decorated , nice furnishings , a very comfy bed and a well stocked kitchen! The View from the balcony was incredible too! We hope to stay here again!

We live in the mountains… so it was a real treat to fall sleep to the waves and have the beach at our doorstep. Phone reception for t-mobile users can be spotty on the property… but we were there to disconnect anyway! Can’t wait to come back.

Another lovely stay. This place is consistently good. Fresh flowers greet you as soon as you open the door. A well stocked kitchen with a toaster and coffee maker. Books, games and beach stuff. The PCH is open and Malibu is ready for summer.

We came in with high expectations based on all the glowing reviews—and somehow, this place still exceeded them. Liza was an exceptional host, providing clear and helpful instructions for both check-in and check-out. Thank you for sharing your wonderful space—we’re already hoping to return this fall!

We spent a week at this amazing location right on the water in the heart of Malibu. Access to everything in Malibu is so easy and we loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. When the tide is low you can walk on the beach and in the evenings the water comes up under the balcony. There is great parking so you don't have to worry about other people beach parking on the weekends. A lovely touch to the beautiful place to stay were the fresh flowers awaiting our arrival. We highly recommend this clean and pretty VRBO and we hope to be back in the future!

10 Day stay. Weather was OK. Met Host in person and her husband (nice people). Will book again for next year.

We’ve stayed here several times and each time has been as good as the last. Very comfortable and clean. Good attention to detail and fresh flowers every time. Our first time after the fires, this part of Malibu is open for business. All our favourite local restaurants are open. Beach is clean and waters declared safe to swim in. Leave extra time for your journey if traveling at peak times as part of the PCH is only open to residents and businesses.

Apartment was clean. The neighbors were wondering. Parking was easy. I was safe and the sound of the ocean put me in a zen mood the whole week. Definitely coming back. Thank you Liza for a great stay.

We had such a great time just relaxing, sitting on the porch and walking on the beach. You can't get any closer to the sand! The place was clean and comfortable.

The host was extremely accommodating. We never saw any neighbors in this quad plex. Cute single bedroom with daybed overlooking the water. There have been cosmetic upgrades to the unit. The building is dated. The host provided fresh flowers in vases which was a very nice touch. We would stay here again. The location was great and quiet. Saw dolphins and sea lions every day during our stay.

We were scheduled to stay for a week over Christmas then the wildfires hit. We had great communication with Liza as the fires were being battled and ultimately contained. The location is amazing, on a very quiet street on the West end of Malibu. We stayed on the East end during covid and there is much more to do and you can walk places there. Really depends on what you want to do. There are plenty of water toys available but we didn't use any. Lots of extra towels and nice stocked kitchen. I would give this unit a 5 but it is old and shows wear almost everywhere you look, HOWEVER - it's very cozy and comfortable and clean and I would highly recommend and would book again. We loved the the chairs on the balcony and the daybed that looked out over the water. We saw dolphins, seals, loads of pelicans and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. A really nice getaway. Thanks Liza! My second time staying here. The unit is ocean front with direct accesd to the beach with all of the comforts of home. The ideal home away from home!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, and right overlooking the beach. It was relaxing to wake up in the morning and have coffee while listening to the surf, and seeing the wildlife. We saw pods of dolphins and pelicans. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary items, and there is a grocery and drug store nearby. I would rent this apartment again.

Great apartment, with everything you need, steps to the beach. Restaurants and shops close by. Watch the sunrise, sunset and dolphins from your sunny balcony. Liza was very responsive to our queries. Would recommend.

For those of you wondering, yes - we saw dolphins every single evening of our week long stay! They are often close enough to spot without binoculars. 10/10, would highly recommend!
