The proximity to the Batehaven shops meant you didn’t have to drive and the beach was across the road. What else could you ask for when holidaying on the coast?

We had been there before, so quite familiar with the unit and what it had in regard to our requirements. Liked that it had three bedrooms and two toilets along with excellent kitchen and lounge and TV area. If I had to nominate one minor downside, perhaps the fact that no garage remote was there when we arrived. However, fully appreciative of Kate's quick efforts to resolve the issue. Totally enjoyed the stay.Will rent again in future. Big thank you to Batemans Bay Accommodation.

We were a short drive from a number of beaches and the unit had all the equipment we needed to be able to prepare meals and keep the kids comfortable.

Easy drive to Batemans Bay shopping centre.The unit, whilst old, is large, also great for inviting friends around.An easy stroll to Corrigans Beach for walks.I look forward to revisiting next year.My only gripe was that the aircon remote seemed temperamental.Also, my friend who plays bridge online had some internet hassles, though the agent sorted the problem immediately.

Only 4 km walk into town, clean swimming pool. Absolutely recommend.

The apartment was easy to find and clear instructions of how to access. The layout of the apartment was excellent - the kids had their own space and us adults could relax away on the balcony or spa! There was a bit of traffic noise in the day but that died down in the evening and the only thing I heard when waking up in the night was the soft lapping of the waves. The cupboards were well stocked with appliances and crockery. It would be good to include a complete itinerary of all items that the apartment provided so tenants don't double up! I took my hairdryer when I needn't have. I would definitely rent this apartment again. A great stay!
