Welcome to Loft 32, a cozy beach retreat just five houses from the sand in vibrant Pierpont Beach, Ventura This ground-floor loft is perfect for single or coupleswho want to be close to everything—morning beach walks, sunset strolls, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. With A/C, a full kitchen, and dedicated parking, Loft 32 offers simple comfort in an unbeatable location.



**Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive amessage asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

One dedicated parking space is included with the unit. There are no extra spaces and no parking on Pittsfield.

This is a ground floor unit. You will share a wall and ceiling with another guest.

This is a 4-unit building with all units sharing walls, ceilings/floor with the other guests. We provide a noise machine in all units and earplugs if you are particularly sensitive to noises.
