Beach house - near the beach between Lisbon and Cascais

The apartment was perfect for our family of three. It is very well appointed and kept up.The check in procedure was smooth, I recommend the place without restriction. I would gladly return.

Practical well equipped apartment. Perfect size for our family of 3.

A fully stocked apartment with air conditioning. Quiet building with a pool. It's 20 minutes by train to Lisbon and 20 mins to Cascais. Both of those cities are extremely busy and noisy and extremely hot so it was a relief to always get back to this apartment after a sweaty day of sightseeing. It's a cheap BOLT ride to Sintra (10 euros, 20 min drive). The train station is a 10 min walk and the beach is also a 10 min walk. We had no car but managed to get groceries for meals at the Pingo Doce which was another 10 mins away. The downside is the water pressure to the building is not great. We were 4 people and stayed for 3 weeks in July and the owners were very accommodating in purchasing beds for my two teen sons before our arrival. Great memories of pool side fun and beach life.

Being Canadian we were not aware that we had to check for Central heating. This apt. does not have central heating and so it was cold. But the property manager brought over heaters for every room the next day and that solved the issue. Did not have an “American style” coffee maker. Kitchen was pretty sparse as far as dishes etc. The bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable. and was only suitable for one person. The ensuite bathroom needed a good clean and there was mold in the shower. The location was excellent as far as being close to the train and buses as well as the beach. The property manager, Jose was awesome!

This beautiful condo is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of city life but easily accessible by train to explore the beauty of Lisbon or surrounding sights. Our stay was too short, and it left me wanting more! I would highly recommend this property.
